Mi-17V5 is considered as one of the safest machine to fly in IAF. Yet since 2010, there were 6 crashes of Mi-17V5 not counting the latest in Tamil Nadu. The last crash of Mi-17V5 happened just one month ago on Nov 8, 2021.

Please if anything, it's IAF/HAL incompetency leading to this accident.
