I'm not sure how their relationship started, whether she felt pressured or not. But it seemed to me their relationship lasted long enough to be called a relationship. There maybe some abuse in the relationship too. But since she could broke off the relationship, I don't think there is an abuse of power here. For me, this sounds a lot like she is out to get revenge on the bad break up. While I think the official in question breaking the ethical rules, I don't think he is breaking any law, certainly not warranted the gov to take action.

But CCP could have handled this better. Again, this is poor handling by the dinosaurs in the PR department of CCP.
