only see it referred to as the VLS conforming to the GJB 5860-2006 military standard. Or it could be a custom made shorter size VLS, which means it's not the same model as what PLAN use.I'm sure they can make vertical launch version of C-802, but 052D/055 obvioysly aren't using it, so no point. But export market is another matter, now that they're ready to sell HT-1E system. As for the HQ-10, the trainable launcher pack 24 missiles, it would take up to 6 cell in the VLS. Besides it allow small ship such as 056, or carrier to use the HQ-10 CIWS without installing a VLS system.
