Trying to tell the muslims to practice birth control is impossible. Anyway, for 20 years of US occupation, Afghanistan depended on the foreign aid to survive. I don't think that is sustainable and certainly China doesn't want to be the next piggy bank for Afghanistan. Afghanistan need to find new source of income, ASAP. Mineral alone won't help them.
