Sivan introduced ISRO's space station in the conference on Jun 24. I didn't see his presentation, but accordingly, it's estimated to be 20 ton, 400 km LEO, support for 15-20 day stay. I assume 20 ton means the the core module, otherwise if 3 module totaled 20 tons, this is quite meaningless. Current ISRO rocket won't be able to launch it. So it's said to be planned for 5-7 years after Gaganyaan. ISRO have to come up with a new rocket in this time span. The thing is ISRO timeline is too hectic, they won't be able to do sufficient test.

Oh yeah, they've a robotic arm too. From the way the spacecraft and non-core module attach to the core, this probably mean the robotic arm is essential for the docking. If the robotic arm malfunction, it seem to me the spacecraft won't be able to dock.

Kivan present ISRO deep space ambition, including exploring exoworld by 2028.

Turkey also present their space plan at the conference, including developing a rocket to launch an orbiter to moon by 2023, attempting a hard landing as well. Soft lunar landing will be attempted in 2028. Unlike the UAE who contract the rocket and lunar lander to Japan, at least Turkey aim to build their own rocket for their lunar mission, as well as for commercial launch.
