The Government of Canada commissioned a report that claimed it was genocide what happened to the Aboriginal women. It was a 1200 page report which no one really read, because it was too long and kind of boring.

https://www.mmiwg-ffada.ca/final-report/

This was just a few months ago, and PM Trudeau accepted the findings of the report, and acknowledged that what happened was genocide. That is an official statement from the Government of Canada.

Here is the dirty secret about that report, which is people only browsed through the summary.

All these allegations of dead children at those residential schools were alluded to in the report apparently.

That is my guess why these mass graves are being unearthed now, because someone read that report. Apparently someone knew and it was all in there in that report.

Needless to say, this is caused a sharp reaction in the Canadian public.

And as we can guess there is only two. One is the more conservative action, which tries to avoid the subject. They do not defend, but avoid the subject of the mass killings and want to the talk about the future.

The other reaction is the expected one, which is outrage and a profound sadness.

As we can guess, the older people might want to forget about this, but the young, there is no way they can forget about this. It is too near. People are looking for their grandmother and what happened to her.

Past few generation of Canadian children going through the Canadian school system, it is always about democratic principles about fairness, equality, justice. Now we see such unjust events in the not too distance past, the people 40 years or younger all want justice.

It was that expression the Chinese like to use, when looking at China's development, previous generations wonder if there was a break from the past.

There is a clear break in the past here, some ideas from older generations will be rejected totally by the young, because they feel what happened here was gross.

These recent events also provoke extremely feelings in the older generation, and it seems split. Graduates from Ryerson University, it used to be a community college, some were saying they were going to burn their diploma because they were disgusted with what the founder of the university stood for. Other graduates threaten to burn their diploma if university submits to the woke hysteria and dare changes its name (which they probably will.)

The point is, the two sides, with one side being a clear majority, there is no reconciliations of viewpoints. The people in Canada who want to avoid the issue, they are a minority who dare not to speak too loud, for they would be like a Nazi to most people in Canada.

This is difficult for the Canadian mentality and this soul searching will continue for a while, the white people with a conscience will wait in angst.

They will find more graves. The residential school system lasted maybe almost 50 to 100 years, and was all over the country.

Lastly, although I cannot be absolutely sure, but the living conditions of the aboriginals on the Indian reserves are not so great. The government killed their children literally before, and today they live in sub-par conditions compared to the rest of suburban Canada.

This story will not go away. This is going to change the Canadian consciousness. They will continue to find more graves.

Myself, hell, that is what I always believed, so my opinions have not changed, lol. I still will defend Canada as a great place to live in, Canada is fine. However, that does not mean I am unaware of the history, and it is bad.

I always knew one group of people, did some really bad things to another group of people in this country Canada. Now we finally got proof.
