There're three phases in the constuction period up to 2035. Phase 1 from 2021-2025, Chinese side will consist of CE-4, CE-6, CE-7, while Russian side will consist of Luna-25, Luna-26, Luna-27. CE-4 was already launched with CZ-3B, while CE-6, CE-7 will be launched with CZ-5.

Phase 2 from 2026-2030. The Chinese side consist of CE-8 launched by CZ-5 while Russian side consist of Luna-28 launched by Angara A5?

Phase 3 from 2031-2035. The missions are ILRS-1, ILRS-2, ILRS-3, ILRS-4, ILRS-5. The Chinese side plan to launch with CZ-9. Not sure if Russia will continue to launch using Angara A5?
