Thanks for your advice. I am using Google Chrome-- after encountering problems with IE, which was my favourite until a few years ago.

I am basically an illiterate in computer matters and don't really know what MS edge is. Is it just another browser? Do I just google for it, load it and then use it as I do with Chrome?

I have tried the current IE that is on my computer and it seems worse!!!
