This argument sounds like nonsense. Why are you talking about "fuel tanks"? This is a pipe. It has no necessary correlation in terms of length to any LM-5 core stage fuel tank. A pipe connecting different parts of the core stage could be longer or shorter than any fuel tank, and may not have anything at all to do with any fuel tanks in the core stage. Also, 12m is clearly NOT the pipe's full length given the jagged end of the pipe that is visible to us in the photo, indicating it snapped off at some point from a longer pipe. In other words you have literally no idea how long the original undamaged pipe was.
But you already know this. You know that I know that you know this. The fact is that unless these sophisticated farmers/thieves/hackers know the insides of the LM-5 core stage and can replicate or even approximate a part found inside, then your fantasy story is nothing more than a fantasy story, concocted for the sole purpose of saving face for the Chinese government, a fantasy story which has no basis in reality and no rationale for its existence.
BTW, you still haven't told us who bought it. You still haven't told us who WOULD buy it. And who would buy it? Fantasy rocket parts collectors who have enough room for a 12m pipe inside their house, perhaps? LOL
