The tanks we send pts home with are 680L (size E) tanks; they are about 2' tall, 4-5" diameter, and weigh in the neighborhood of 8 lbs or so. The big commercial ones can get to ~3,000L I think, I don't remember exactly how much since we don't prescribe these usually.
