Look at the infrastructure and other systems,  As bad or worse than sub-Saharan Africa. Who is collecting accurate data in the villages?  Hakf of the population are in the rurak areas.  The other half living in urban decay.  Look at how they are cremating the Covid deaths in the urban area.  Plies of wood.  You think you can trust the data?
