Seeing it from the other side, it makes perfect sense for China to hit it, hard and long, to make it a sacrificial chicken to scare those juvenile monkeys. Too bad that Ausies do have one card that others don't have - the iron ores. Hope China can get its act together to get enough out of west Africa.
