Because of some inheretance from the colonial master, some former slaves think they got what it take to claim the position their former master used to occupy. This mentality will not lead you far. 

The improvement in delivery of this piece, particularly the boldness, sends a clear message to those want to stir a fight for others (between China and other parties but not themselves. as they prey and hope) - think twice if you want to escape the fight unscathed!
