The Blacks believe they have paid the price of slavery and are still victims of instituitional racism therefore entitled to benefits that they see Asians unfairly enjoy.  They feel Asians act White and get to benefit from White support.  What they didn't realize that Asians in general come to the US, work hard, save, study hard, and start businesses leading them to achieve the American dream.  That's why Asian small businesses in Black neighborhood get attacked a lot because the Blacks felt that Asians are taking advantage of Blacks in their own neighborhood.  What they didn't realize that these Asians are usually 1st generation immigrants FOBs with little capital and can only start Mom and Pop stores in under served neighbourhood which are usually Black neighborhoods.

Hispanics on the other hand I think are different.  Anti-Asian racism is quit prevalent in Latin America.  Their machismo attitude look at East Asian culture with disdain.  Most Hispanics are lower income and when Covid hit, many of them were serverely affected and that underlying resentment of Asians comes forward.

I think Hispanic attacks are somewhat similar to lower income Whites.  Both ignorant and poor looking to scapegoat a group of people for their own poverty.
