If America cannot stop China, then there is no point for the Europeans to join in together with the Americans, to try to stop China.Under this scenario, the logical choice for Europe is to get closer to China, and not abandon the Americans. Play both sides.
That seems to be what is happening. The multi-polar world, where Europe puts Europe first, and not put the west first.
Australia and Canada put America first, and got nothing to less than nothing.
Europe is not going to be Australia, Canada, or the UK. Poor Boris.
