1. It was that Chinese ambassador to France, Lu Shaye, because he used to be the Chinese ambassador to Canada. When Meng Wanzhou got arrested, he went wild with anger. It was great! He was denouncing the Canadian government, and kept increasing the rhetoric. Then one time he said that the Canadian government was practicing "white supremacy" which made it to the national news of Canada. The Canadian public body was dumbfounded. Lu Shaye denounced the Canadian government every single week for a couple of months it seemed. Then it quiet down, and it was announced he was being transferred to another post in a couple of months, and the Canadian government felt a little relief. Then the news was Lu Shaye was going to France, which made it seemed like a promotional for his work in Canada, lol.Lu Shaye has not disappointed in France either. He calls some French card carrying intellectual a danm crazy animal and a small time thug, then gets summoned for the diplomatic protest. Then he claims he is "too busy" to come. That is simply hilarious! We can hear them laughing in Beijing!
2. There was another idea I realized the other day, that these sanctions the Chinese were giving out, they were extremely harsh. Not only was the individual sanctioned was forbidden to travel to China and all entities associated with the individual were to be prevented from contact to Chinese organizations, essentially a total cut off, these restrictions also applied to the individual's family members. The entire family was given the same punishment.
When they gave that sanction to Pompeo and called him a nut, I laughing so hard, because it was so funny. They get him, and they bar his entirely family too. That is good. The CCP did its job.
But this time, I finally realized the CCP was using the ancient punishments of going after the entire family! Haha! The CCP will not even do that in China anymore, but they do it to these suckers. HAHA!
3. As for the Americans, who knows what they will do next. Not that I think the CCP actually cares at this point. Any actions CCP takes offense to, they will provide some counter. As we have seen, it tends to be real funny. LOL!
The Americans face this problem right now in this fight. They tried to take on China alone under President Trump, which produce no positive results for themselves. Now they claim America has allies to take on the Chinese. CCP will find that bogus and fake news, because still the same person doing all the heavy lifting.
Then throw in the facts of another pandemic induced downturn in the economy and the money printing, by select countries of the west, we can see how the wind is behind China's sails at the moment.
Key point here is China must take this opportunity to improve itself during this period, root out and fix whatever needs to be fixed inside China. The west is incapable of bothering China in any meaningful way at the moment.
