A few yrs ago, I read from some hindu sites that one can hire an 'éngineer' at US$1 per hr in hindudstan but don't expect quality. That's 1 of the reasons I think why vietnam and bangladesh manage to get more ''manufacturing'' investment than hindudstan; Bangalis I read have literary tradition.
