Engine doesn’t have foreign component. C919 target international market, they want to use mature and proven components is logical. There’re always plan for domestic substitute, which will take longer time to develop and mature.Foreign components on C919.
CJ-1000A the basic model, expected to be complete by 2022-2023. The CJ-1000B by 2025-2026.
