The dual circulation system that Xi promoted, is preparing for the days when China stop becoming world factory that produce every day goods for the world. The next question is how is that going to affect the rest of the world. Can anyone pick up the mantle? or with advancement of robotics, maybe there is no need for replacement. Every one can sustain itself for most of its need. One thing that I'm certain is that China is in the right trajectory. But whether China can safely arrive at its goal is a big question. That's why China need to stay focus on its goal, and not letting all these "victories" get into its head.
