BLM and Antifa arei like Anonymous or boogaloo or the alt-right, something that anyone sympathetic to can call themselves rather than an actual organisation with a leadership structure. It would be hard to support this, and politically very unwise unless the US is either militarily attacking China already or undergoing civil war. Even in the latter case, China would be better off letting Americans fight each other. As for the mideast, China is the only honest broker there and maintains good relations with Arab, Jew, and Persian alike. That's not easy and it is something worth maintaining.
