Trump did what the Democrats want to do but too chicken to do them.  Many of Trump's actions will stay and used as bargaining tools.  Trump is transactional so China would have an easier time getting key terms in place as long as Trump looks good.  But at the same time with China hawks like Peter Navarro in place, it may be hard.

I think the Biden administration will reverse the trade tariffs but with provisions,  With Biden, Pacific countries will be more willing to work with the US and the resumption of TPP will happen.
