The AK-630 has been replaced with the PJ13 (not sure if "Type 630" is an official name), which is basically the same thing but with a stealthier turret. The electronics fit is all Chinese, from top to bottom: the tiny stick-thing at the very top is a Type 656 IFF transponder, the larger cylinder just below that (it has a metal "skirt" hanging below if you look very closely) is a Type 922-1 radar warning reciever, the white horizontal item below that is a commercial navigation radar, the oval reflector is a Type 362 air/surface search radar just like on a Type 022 missile boat, and the round ball covered in a tarp is a OFC-3 IR/optical sensor with a laser rangefinder.

The thing between the guns might be a gun sighting device like the Soviet Kolonka, but it's covered in a tarp in both pics.

Notice the metal shutters above the bridge windows, I assume they can be quickly lowered for additional protection.
