supporting factions in Pakistan to attack Chinese interests.  I am not sure what Modi is doing because it does not make any sense.  This guys is kind of like Trump.  No clue what so ever.  Chinese should start financing the separation fo Indian states in return.  The South is so ripe for decoupling from the North.  The sad thing is, the things they are doing are so juvenile and inconseqeuntialand contrary to their own interests.  Modi is like George Fernandez of a decade ago.  So full of delusions and empty on reality.
