All free of American inputs.Well look, if SMIC is about 14nm at the moment, and Huawei fab is 45nm, then maybe later this year they at 28nm? Maybe next year at 14nm?
You do not need to be the top, just get close to the leaders, which is 7nm now, from TSMC and Samsung. Look at Intel, they at 10nm and gave up!
