What the CCP has to do, is keep up with China speed.

The bureaucrat probably not that motivated, to say the least.

Fortunately, since this is dictatorship of the proletariat (officially speaking), the politburo more or less has a free hand for policy making.

The problem/feature I think with China speed, is it gets around the obstacle so fast so quickly, and before you know it, the speed has taken the situation or entity so far away from the obstacle, that the obstacle whether obsolete ideas, practices, or government regulation, the obstacle becomes irrelevant.

If the government is the obstacle because its regulations are cumbersome or it is rigid, China speed renders it irrelevant.

Then again, government rigidity is not exclusive to the Chinese Communist Party.

What the Canadian government policy at the moment regarding 5G is to let the show trial of Meng Wanzhou run it course. That could be a few months or a few years. It has already been more than a year and a half.

That is simply outrageous! They will let the lawyers and judge delay 5G decisions in Canada over the use of Huawei equipment, the same Huawei equipment that is installing complete stand alone 5G networks in China!

Yet, the government fearful of a ill informed electorate, cannot change course.
