And end up as PoW, some got killed, some got sold as coolie. I'm talking about historical fact, keep the fact in mind should anyone go to watch. This trash film try to portray as if they're trying to defend the people under KMT Sun's order, no, if KMT had a motive, it was CKS hope that the Jap would use heavy artillery to bombard the warehouse and the Brit would intervene because the warehouse was adjacent to their special zone. If this is not white wash, what is. Again in reality Sun already disguised and escaped before the battle even start, leaving those betrayed behind. This trash film is beyond ridiculous, actually a mockery to those who fought the Japs. One of the descendant of the soldier who fought in this battle had openly ridiculed this film as well, but of course, Guan Hu the director didn't bother to ask his opinion.
