The Supreme leader Xi was not pleased with his premier for unintentionally tarnishing his policy by stating that 600 million Chinese living under poverty level, and another 400 million Chinese living way below poverty line.  He should not be stating the truth if it will embarrass the party. Did he not know that Xi was chosen by Jiang Zemin? Jiang was the hater of the peaceful Falun Gong members .  So the premier was given half a second to get up and receive clapping hands from members.  The Supreme leader Xi  though was given enough time to be admired by its members.
