In a matter of geopolitics, it is important to be cold and calculative, not emotional. The reason why China is willing to take punches from countries like india and the us is because the fact is that China still make much much more money doing trade with them. They can't help but have trade deficit with China despite banning some of Chinese apps and products. If China react emotionally, it could jeopardize other exports that bring in billions of dollars of trade surplus to China. Billions of dollars that really matter to the Chinese manufacturers in this era of pandemic and economic crisis. In the grand scheme of things, it is better to look at things from bigger picture. China could also lose its reputation as the reliable world manufacturer if China weaponize its export of goods.

Moreover, India and the US have huge economic problems ahead of them, it is better for China to wait and see first. It is not too late to get our revenge later. Like they said, revenge is a dish best served cold.
