China used to be quite lax to the Hindian, even after the Wuhan talk. As late as last Sep they still managed to trespass up to finger 8, which prompted them to make the bold claim that the Indian LAC is at finger 8. After the May incident and June skirmish, Chinese attitude then changed gradually over the five rounds of talks. Patience with the Hindian is wearing thin.
