and also want to divert PLA resources. Bear in mind:

1)PLA rocket force with cheapo 400 km range multi-barrel rockets can blitzkrieg lots of hindu mil installations along the border. The hindu countermeasure will be more xpensive than those rockets (IMO, even better if PLA equips those rockets with hypersonic gliders. I posted on the subject b4)

2)Chinese mil spendings as % of GDP is still low at 1.9% (swede SIPRI fig)

3)Hindu army has low weapon spendings as % of their budget
