By attracting talented overseas Chinese to come back.  The creativity that these people will bring is priceless.  Asians are being attacked in the West.  The myth of diversity is now laid bare.  The truth is out.  North America can see their economy shrink by 20% just by that.  Update the Chinese Nationality Law to allow dual citizenships.  Chinese no matter how many generations apart will always be a Chinese.  So there is no worry.
