Reminds me of the RCEP, when the negotiations started, India was not part of the picture (don't remember exactly but they weren't there). But since South Korea and Japan wanted in, along with Australia and New Zealand, then India eventually wanted to be a part of it too. Then of course India pulls out citing their bs reasons as usual.

This RCEP should proceed and finally be signed this year. The coronaviurs impact probably will not be much of a consideration. Life must go on.
