China has to move up the value chain and it did.  It's GDP per capita will double in a decade to Taiwan /South Korea level.  Most productions are moving to countries like Vietnam where it has highly intelligent and productive workers.

I wonder why India's DEMOGRAPHIC DIVIDEND has not pulled in FDI.  Where is India's Supapowa manufacturing prowess?
