Washington is the political center, which is anti-China.

It is a self-fulfilling feed back loop.

On topics such as Huawei, the American press would print lies, then the American politicians would use that to attempt to curtail Huawei, which the press applauds.

Same goes with the South China Sea, the US government would sail a ship on by, the press would express their indignant spiel, and they would repeat this again and again.

The same goes for other issues like the BRI, where it is the same process, generally negative press from the US Liberal media, and actions of the US government to counter Chinese initiatives.

Lately, we know who is not keeping up in the race. American actions against Chinese interests, has a very limited effects close to none at all.

Look at the way countries in the world tackled this Covid-19 crisis. It is not even funny at this stage. So much so, we have to look very hard to find a headline in the American media listing the numbers of patients.

It is the same old story. Either put up or shut up.

Americans, especially the Liberal media, will do neither.

You either put up or shut up. Americans will not shut up, therefore they are going to war. That is the putting up part.

But with China, they do neither.

When you do not put or nor shut up, eventually the chances of war recedes and continuing non-compliance with put up or shut up, after a while it becomes cartoonist.

Look at India. They don't put up or shut up either, and no one takes them seriously.
