Regarding employment problem, I bet its mostly short term; likely the hindu have very high innate immunity ability becos of the microbe rich environment they are raised; eg 'delhi belly' only affect the foren tourists. Meanwhile they can pick up temp jobs like sadhus or in cow-based economy
