So much for demographic dividend.  Looks like the Turtle is now slower than the snail.  If all things are real, India's economy should be growing at 10% or more years ago just to maintain the status quo.  At 2.5% this year and possibly the same next year, the economy will be devasted beyond its current screwed-up economy.
