The good news it looks like it is working and being implemented.The bad news it that it could eliminate some jobs.
The good news that with the new toys, this should stimulate people into new frontiers of business, there should be more opportunities, much we haven't even thought of as yet.
The bad news is that if one is broke, or uneducated, or both, then these opportunities will not be available for that person or country.
