January 22, 2020 - Wuhan says it will "temporarily" close its airport and railway stations for departing passengers following news that the death toll from the Wuhan Coronavirus has risen to 17. Chinese authorities confirm at least 547 cases in the mainland.

They locked it down Wuhan with less than 1000 confirmed cases, as the coronavirus was spreading.
Then the rate of new cases peaked in February maybe the 10th as a wild guess.
Therefore, from the time of total lock down to the peak of new cases was about 3 weeks, which included everyone wearing a mask, everyone quarantined, those infected some were taken away apparently to be placed in isolation?
Other governments, they have not locked it down, or if they have locked it down the case number was higher than when China did it.
At this point, people going to get curious and ask questions of their own government. It was not like this was not in the news, duly reported by the Liberal media of what was happening in China.
