The US oil fracking industry is in trouble now. An oil industry recession will hit parts of America, then coronavirus will hit the other parts of America. That's a lot of economic turmoil.

Look at what is happening - COVID-19 feeds into the economic slow down, the economic slow down feeds into the OPEC pricing collapse, that in turns presses down economic prospects in the oil industry which feeds into the economic slow down some more.

Obviously major oil importers will benefit. Guess who that is.

Now, for the wild card ... haha ... we have a historic viral outbreak and there still is a wild card ...

If the price of oil goes low, they might start an Middle East war, but who will do it? America? Russia? Saudi Arabia?

The economic slow down, and further uncertainty with the oil market, will kick the crap out of the stock market.

This is shaping up to be a great buying opportunity. But WAIT.

That is the most important thing now, wait.

Buy on the sounds of cannons and sell on the trumpets of peace. Forget the rich person who said that few hundred years ago. The idea is the same here, buy in the time of crisis.

Looking at the dates of the previous financial crisis, with Lehman Brothers bankruptcy in September 2008, the stock market went lower that year, and went even lower the next year. A low below 6500 was made on the Dow Jones in March 2009 before a decade long rally.

3 months or 6 months, maybe even a year, we do not know how low this can go. They have to get a handle on the coronavirus outbreak in America too. Usually a big crisis, it gives everyone some time to buy.

It will not turn around that quickly. We do not need to buy at the exact low to make a profit. The game is rigged. They will pump money into the financial system which will eventually all flow into the stock market. Stability comes first and this asset inflation will surely follow.

Keep the power dry and watch the news.
