using 10 nm process, which is pretty good. However the DDR4 allows up to 64 Gb and frequency up to 3200 MHz, while the current CXMT module is 8 Gb at 2666 MHz. In terms of DIMM module, CXMT offered 8 GB kit for both SO-DIMM/UDIMM, DDR4 DIMM is currently offered in up to 16 GB kit max. For example Micron currently sell 1 GB to 16 GB UDIMM kit and 512 MB to 2 GB SO-DIMM kit.
