Avoid unneeded contact with crowds, especially unnecessary hospital visits (hospitals and clinics are full of sick people, in case you somehow didn't know) or air flights (airports are crowded with random people from all over the place, planes are confined spaces where everyone breathes the same air). Wash your hands often and use soap. Don't spread rumours, confirm the reputability of all information before passing it on. DO NOT HOARD MASKS, BECAUSE MEDICAL WORKERS NEED THEM AND ARE RUNNING OUT.
