Qatar will give Iran $3 billion dollars to help compenstate the victims of Ukrainain air plane that was shot down by Iran. The compensation will be approximately $850,000.00 per person.  A total of $1.5 billions dollars will be paid to the victims and Qatar stongly encourages Iran to buy J-10C instead because it will fit Iran's budget perfectly.
