Caesarion died a quarter century before Jesus was born. It's more likely that a few aspects of the Celopatra-Caesarion narrative were subconsciously grafted onto Jesus's legacy in folk memory. Isis+Horus/Mary+Jesus might not have even been directly connected to Caesarion at all, because it was common Egyptian religious trope that could very easily have made its way into Christianity on its own.
