President Trump's demands are probably meant to be rejected so the US can pull out of South Korea.

Why?  There is no need to demand more payment from S Korea.  If US wants to leave then just go ahead leave.  There are merely 28,000 American troops in S Korea and our baboon wants a payment of $5 billion/year.  Is he out of his mind?
