From Day 1 to Day 3 India did not show up and when I said did not show up, I mean they are unable to agree and to sign it into contract with all members.  India, however, has many disagreements especially about trades and tariffs. They are worried the Chinese products will flood their country due to this Free Trade Agreement which is understandable. But to China, it is looking at a big market because ASEAN with 600 million populations. India asks for more time to negotiate before it can decide. Nonetheless, this tax based rule has been agreed upon by all members.  US, under Trump is a big loser and the People's Republic of China is a big winner in my opinion.
