He just knows which buttons to push for his audience. Push the right buttons and it does not matter the track record.
The track record is perfect. Then the impeccable timing, that once there is some sort of advance in China and the news breaks, comrade Chang will be the first one on Faux News to disprove that with the desinformatzia, and he is very good at that type of talk.
He deserves another medal.
