This is now a gun frigate, all missile armament having been removed. I wonder why the Sri Lanka Navy didn't keep the Knife Rest radar and install a launcher for HHQ-10, similar to the upgrade on some of PLAN's frigates? There is plenty of space where the HQ-61 launcher used to be, and Sri Lanka has previously seen combat against Tamil Tiger aircraft during their civil war.
