It went 10 rounds the negotiations ... before it collapsed into nothingness.So were they really close, or really that far away?
Certainly it seems like China has backed off a bit after the recent Huawei ban last month.
I kind of doubt there will be a deal. Hard to see the USA capitulating, which is what the PRC is demanding at this point.
