Mention "black people" to an American and he'll think African-Americans, mention "black people" to an Aussie and he'll think Aboriginals. "Jewfros" might be a real hairstyle but they can't compare to real Sub-Saharan Africans, much less the stereotypical Khoisan hair texture.

Classical "-oid" racial classifications aren't too helpful and become progressively less "scientific" toward the edges of population groups, and moreover due to evolution and migration-related genetic introgressions people won't look the same as their ancestors. The Ainus (some of whom used to be Chinese during the Qing Dynasty) aren't very "australoid" in the sense of being closely related to the Australian Aboriginal or Melanesian populations.
