Their largest corvette was built during imperial era 1970s, at most the displacement was 1500 tons! And they have only three barely operating!
 

The Iranian navy was largely made of civilian speedboats mounting some 107mm rocket launchers or 23mm flaks, some has two c701 missiles! Like a miniatured navy!
